Dark Sector was one of those video games (along with Killzone 2) that first made its debut at E3 2005, but was missing in action afterwards. At first glance, Dark Sector seems to be in the same vein as gears of War, Tom Clancys ghost Recon Advanced Warfare, and Resident Evil 4.
